Vivek is an author, an HR generalist, a passionate L&D professional, and a Coach with a rare combination of experience spanning over four decades and exposure to six different industries, namely Pharmaceutical, Telecom, Retail, E-commerce, BFSI, and Consumer Services.

Vivek has worked with Zomato as Head of L&D, Jana Bank as Head L&D Deployment, Flipkart as Head Academy for Supply Chain, Reliance Retail as Head of Operations Training Academy, Reliance Infocomm as Circle Performance Head, and Head of Training for Torrent Pharma, Cadila Pharma, and Lupin Labs.
Proven track record of success in Learning & Development
Vivek has a proven track record of success in Learning & Development, including the creation of an App-based eLearning induction training module, spearheading the launch of large-scale training and coaching rollouts, targeted Performance Coaching, Leadership development including the rollout of Assessment Centres.
An accomplished author, and a Keynote speaker
Vivek has delivered guest lectures at various academic institutes including, ‘Delhi School of Economics’, and ‘Indian Institute of Management’, to name a few. Apart from it, Vivek has been speaking at national and international events on topics including; latest practices in L&D, Leadership Development, Succession Planning.

Vivek has exposure in Sales, Marketing, Training, and HR, that helps him to conceive and execute, interventions that result in measurable improvements in business results.
